Lee C. Ibrahim
Aloha and welcome! I am a photographer located on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. I couldn't feel more fortunate to be able to do something that I love in a place that has always had a very special place in my heart. My wife, Amanda, and I made the leap to move to Maui from Denver, Colorado in December of 2016. We had visited the island numerous times in the past and knew we would live here one day. And now here we are, living in paradise. I still wake up every morning and have to look outside to make sure I'm not dreaming!
I have been serious about photography since I got my first digital camera in 2004. What started out as documenting our travels around the world turned into a love for being behind the lens and capturing moments in time. And that's what I'm here to do for you. My ideal shoot is for things to be natural and fun. I will give guidance but not enough to take away who you are as a person, couple, or family. This should be about you and capturing who you are.
Before transitioning into photography full time, I was a college soccer coach in Denver for 8 years. I loved coaching and the relationships formed with my players and co-workers. The sport has a long history in my family and it was incredible to have it as such a big part of my life for that long. Prior to that, I was a manager and vice president in my family business in Clemson, South Carolina. I grew up in Clemson, went to college and played soccer for Clemson University (Go Tigers!), and lived there for the first three decades of my life before heading west to Colorado.
Mahalo for your interest. Please feel free to reach out to me via email, text, or phone with any questions or to set up your Maui photo shoot!
